“I started training with Anna whilst I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I wanted to try to stay fit and healthy during my pregnancy and I knew that Anna was qualified in prenatal care so felt comfortable working out with her. She carefully guided me through the exercises each week and always ensured my form and technique was correct. After I had my daughter I worked with Anna again and she was incredibly sympathetic to my post natal body!!!! “When I first got in touch with Anna I was totally out of shape and was actually quite scared of the prospect of hiring a personal trainer. Within just a few days we were in lockdown due to the pandemic and switched our classes to online sessions - 3 per week. It’s been 4 months now and the results are incredible! “I’ve been working with Anna as my PT on and off for the few years. She’s always been great, well-organised and really motivating for someone who would rather not have to exercise. She has never let me get away with giving less than 100% ever. However after I had my baby, I was worried about how I’d ever get back on track. Anna is trained as a postnatal PT. She was excellent at helping me gently get back into exercise over the last year. She was careful to go at my pace but also make each session challenging so that I was seeing progress in my fitness levels as time went on. She has also been brilliant during the COVID-19 crisis, swiftly switching to online sessions via Skype/zoom. She is a positive, motivating and dependable PT.
