I use a wide variety of training equipment with my clients in all sessions.

 

These include (but are not exclusive to):

  • Kettle bells

  • Dumbbells

  • Resistance bands

  • Suspension trainers

  • Battle ropes

  • Ankle weights

All or some of these may be used depending on your goals and will help to burn fat and build lean muscle as well as being fun to use!
