What you eat and fuel your body with plays a big part of the overall health and fitness journey and continues to for life.
You cannot out train a bad diet! I am a qualified nutritional advisor and can advise you on how your diet can be improved to help you achieve your weight and fitness goals. I don’t advocate any radical food group exclusion or any sort of fad diet that never works long-term and I understand life is for living and needs to enjoyable and not restrictive. I want to educate you on how to fuel your body so you can sustain this for life.
Many people lack the time to travel to and from a gym in their busy lifestyles and so I bring the gym to you. I will train you at your home, in your garden or another place convenient to you!
I also offer training at the fully equipped FLY Fitness in Bath or my own premises in Weston, Bath. I have and transport all of the latest training equipment required to achieve your goals.
Virtual/online training is also available so you can train from anywhere around the world or on holiday.
