Pre/Post Natal Training
There is overwhelming evidence strongly supporting mums-to-be in keeping active, mobile and strong during pregnancy. This can help with the delivery of the baby and recovery after labour and birth.
I offer both pre and post-natal 1:1 training focussing on maintaining fitness, posture and strength levels during pregnancy and then gently regaining fitness and importantly, core strength post -partum. I am a Mum of two daughters too, so understand this first hand from a pregnancy and post-natal point-of-view.
Workouts are baby & child friendly so children are welcome to come along.
Many people lack the time to travel to and from a gym in their busy lifestyles and so I bring the gym to you. I will train you at your home, in your garden or another place convenient to you!
I also offer training at the fully equipped FLY Fitness in Bath or my own premises in Weston, Bath. I have and transport all of the latest training equipment required to achieve your goals.
Virtual/online training is also available so you can train from anywhere around the world or on holiday.
