1:1 Personal Training
I will discuss your objectives and goals and then design and tailor a bespoke training programme just for you. This can be done in person or virtually (over zoom/ skype or facetime) or a combination of both.
You will complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire and we will have a chat about this in order for me to tailor the plan and exercises specifically to you. I will take into account any injuries or previous body niggles & concerns you may have and I understand that everyone is individual and there isn’t a ‘one is fits all’ approach to health and fitness. Trust the process!
Many people lack the time to travel to and from a gym in their busy lifestyles and so I bring the gym to you. I will train you at your home, in your garden or another place convenient to you!
I also offer training at the fully equipped FLY Fitness in Bath or my own premises in Weston, Bath. I have and transport all of the latest training equipment required to achieve your goals.
Virtual/online training is also available so you can train from anywhere around the world or on holiday.
