Running Training

Having competed in many half marathons and races, I understand the importance of a proper training plan to help you perform your best and achieve the time and pace you want to. In addition, I will include specific strength training to complement running and helping you to avoid injury.

The running training plan will be adapted around your existing level of fitness and how many training runs you can commit to each week, as well as whether you’re training for a specific goal such as a race or just running for fitness, weight loss, the enjoyment and endorphins!

Many people lack the time to travel to and from a gym in their busy lifestyles and so I bring the gym to you. I will train you at your home, in your garden or another place convenient to you!

I also offer training at the fully equipped FLY Fitness in Bath or my own premises in Weston, Bath. I have and transport all of the latest training equipment required to achieve your goals.

Virtual/online training is also available so you can train from anywhere around the world or on holiday.
